Oregon Primary Care Association (OPCA) is a non‑profit membership organization that represents and supports community health centers and other safety‑net primary care providers across Oregon. OPCA provides advocacy, policy support, workforce development, training, and technical assistance to help members expand access to high‑quality primary care in underserved communities. The association connects patients to care via location tools, hosts events and career resources, and partners with state and federal stakeholders to advance public‑health and equity goals. Health centers and clinicians rely on OPCA for capacity building, operational support, and statewide coordination.
