Health Advocate

The Health Advocate works within communities to identify eligible members for County and State health programs like Medi-Cal and Covered CA, assisting with applications and enrollment. This role involves conducting outreach and in-reach efforts to promote health insurance utilization, retention, and recruitment for QueensCare Health Centers. The position requires empowering individuals to overcome enrollment problems and health access barriers while providing accurate program information.
