About this role
NeighborHealth is seeking part-time health aides to provide in-home assistance with daily living activities to PACE participants in the Boston area. The role involves following care plans, assisting with ADLs and IADLs, and supporting elderly or frail individuals, with a schedule from 4PM to 9PM, including every other weekend and holiday rotation.
