The Health Care Administration Leadership and Management (HALM) Fellowship at Mercy Health – St. Rita’s Medical Center is an ACGME-accredited one- or two-year program that develops physician leaders in health care administration. It combines block, longitudinal, and project-based learning to prepare fellows with the knowledge, skills, and ethical foundation to lead and innovate within complex healthcare systems. Fellows may allocate a portion of their time to independent clinical practice outside the fellowship.
