The Health Care Aide provides personal care and selected support tasks for residents and clients under the supervision of the Director of Care, following organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on supporting seniors in a community health services setting, ensuring safety, dignity, and wellbeing while maintaining confidentiality. This is a part-time position that involves direct, onsite care and collaboration with supervisors and other care agencies.
