A Personal Support Worker (PSW)/Health Care Aide (HCA)/Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) who delivers resident-focused care in long-term care and community home care settings. The role supports residents' physical, emotional and social wellbeing while working within organizational policies and collective agreements where applicable. This is a part-time position that may require reliable vehicle access for community visits.
