Health Educator

The Health Educator at Howard Brown Health provides client‑centered HIV and STI education, testing, counseling, and linkage to care for individuals and couples in the Sexual and Reproductive Health Walk‑In clinics and at community outreach events throughout Chicago. The role involves conducting phlebotomy, managing specimen collection, documenting visits in the EMR, and connecting patients to primary care and other supportive services.
