Health Educator

The Health Educator provides education and training, plans, implements, and evaluates activities that promote policy, system, and environmental changes designed to positively impact those who live and work in Geauga County. The role involves using data to assess community health needs, engaging target populations, and collaborating with stakeholders to address social determinants of health and achieve health equity. This position requires maintaining compliance with grant guidelines, preparing reports, and participating in continuous quality improvement activities.
