Health Environmentalist I

This role involves inspecting food establishments, tourist accommodations, schools, and swimming pools to ensure compliance with environmental health and sanitation regulations. The incumbent will secure water samples, investigate nuisance complaints, and analyze data from the Environmental Health Management Information System to present findings to relevant audiences. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license and obtain registration as a Kentucky Environmental Specialist/Sanitarian within a reasonable time of employment.
