Health Information Management Intern

The Health Information Management Intern will work under the guidance of the HIM Supervisor to learn and assist with organizing, safeguarding, and processing patient health information in a primary care setting. The role includes supporting patient registration, medical chart handling, and adhering to HIPAA and confidentiality policies while gaining practical experience in health information management.
