About this role
A Health Navigator at Waythrough works with South Tyneside services to improve health outcomes and reduce barriers to health and care for people from inclusion health groups and those experiencing multiple disadvantages. The position is part-time (22.5 hours/week) on a six-month fixed-term contract and is based in South Tyneside. Waythrough is a large mental health and social support charity formed by the merger of Humankind and Richmond Fellowship.
