The Health & Safety Advisor role focuses on building a strong safety culture and ensuring safe, healthy workplaces across all Town operations. This position provides subject-matter expertise, coaching, and program leadership to prevent workplace injuries and illness while ensuring compliance with legislative and COR requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with leaders and employees to drive continuous improvement and support employee well-being.
