Health & Safety Coordinator

The Health & Safety Coordinator is responsible for ensuring compliance with all health and safety requirements across the business, developing and implementing Workplace Health and Safety Programs, and performing safety inspections and audits. This role involves a dual reporting line to the Production Manager and European HR Manager, focusing on maintaining legal compliance, conducting risk assessments, and supporting staff training on safety protocols. The position also includes coordinating health and safety committee meetings and upholding food hygiene and safety standards.
