Health, Safety & Environmental Manager

HSE Manager for a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Torreon, Mexico, responsible for establishing and leading the site’s health, safety, and environmental programs. The role partners with plant leadership and corporate HSE to ensure regulatory compliance, integrate safety into operations, and build a proactive safety culture. This position supports the facility from design and commissioning through operations and reports to the Plant Director with functional alignment to the Division Director of HSE.
