Health & Safety Manager

The Health & Safety Manager leads and advances health and safety initiatives across a multidisciplinary environmental consulting organization in Canada. This role provides strategic direction and hands-on leadership in developing, implementing, and continuously improving health and safety programs to ensure compliance and foster a proactive safety culture. The position involves overseeing risk management, incident investigations, and safety training while supporting division-level safety personnel. The manager also partners with senior leadership to integrate health and safety into business planning and project execution.
