Health Services Representative

The Health Services Representative provides direct disease and public health awareness intervention activities within the Sexually Transmitted Disease (STD) Program, including data collection, partner counseling, and epidemiological case analysis. The role involves interacting with healthcare clients and professionals, conducting field investigations, and performing case management for individuals at risk of or infected with STDs, hepatitis, and HIV/AIDS. Responsibilities also include communicating with healthcare providers, performing outreach activities, and completing required records and reports.
