As a Health System Workflow Expert, you will help Luminai's engineering team understand how work is performed inside health systems by leveraging hands-on knowledge of hospital operations and Epic. You will shape how the AI learns and performs real workflows at enterprise customers, including major systems like Cleveland Clinic. The role requires deep, practical workflow expertise and the ability to clearly explain edge cases, workarounds, and steps that are not documented in standard operating procedures.
