This position plans, organizes, and implements the non-nursing functions of assigned unit(s) to facilitate workflow, enhance unit productivity, and provide excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff. The role promotes efficient unit function and indirect resident care, performing clerical and reception duties while assisting with scheduling and managing supplies as needed.
