About this role
Reed Wellbeing, part of Reed in Partnership, delivers public health services that help people make sustainable lifestyle changes. The Health & Wellbeing Coach is a London-based, fixed-term role supporting the One You Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster service to improve residents' physical and mental wellbeing. The post-holder will be field-based across KCW and contribute to evidence-based, person-centred interventions.
