About this role
The Home Care Health Worker provides in-home personal care and support to older adults and adults with disabilities, helping them remain safe and comfortable in their own residences. Reporting to the Home Care Supervisor, the role supports clients' daily living needs and coordinates with professional staff to maintain participant well-being and independence.
