Hearing Instrument Sales Specialist Trainee

The Hearing Instrument Sales Specialist Trainee is trained in all aspects of hearing aid fittings, service, repairs, and sales, including product knowledge, testing, diagnosis, and patient counseling. The role involves preparing to meet and serve patients remotely through the TeleHear program while completing requirements for a dispensing license. Trainees work with assigned sponsors and licensed specialists to gain hands-on experience in diagnostics, fittings, and troubleshooting.
