About this role
The Heavy-Diesel (HD) Mechanical Fitter is a member of Alcoa’s Mobile Maintenance team based at the Willowdale bauxite mine in Western Australia, supporting the site’s large-scale mining operations. This on-site, FIFO-friendly role operates on a 12-hour day/night roster averaging 36 hours per week and includes family-friendly rosters and generous leave entitlements. The position is part of Alcoa’s broader sustainability and low-carbon technology efforts at the Willowdale site.
