Heavy Equipment Field Technician

Heavy Equipment Field Technicians are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heavy machinery, mechanical components, and hydraulic systems at the shop or in the field. This position works closely with the Service Manager and Dispatcher to support customers, maintain high standards of service, and ensure daily responsibilities are completed accurately, safely, and efficiently. The role involves performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on various heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, and dozers. Technicians also provide prompt field service calls to minimize equipment downtime and communicate repair findings to customers and management.
