Heavy Equipment Operator Lead

This role provides direct support to Fleet Operations Foremen and Supervisors by leading small teams of heavy equipment operators in Antarctica. The position involves a mix of physical labor, equipment operation, and leadership responsibilities, including coordinating daily tasks, ensuring safety compliance, and managing projects like cargo loading and fuel bladder filling. Candidates must be willing to deploy to the South Pole for extended periods and perform strenuous physical activities in extreme cold.
