This position involves operating heavy equipment and performing manual labor for department projects, including street maintenance, repair, and construction. The role requires operating various vehicles and equipment such as motor graders, bulldozers, and backhoes, as well as performing general maintenance and assisting with traffic direction. The position also entails working on-call rotations and during inclement weather to handle emergencies and snow removal.
