Evolution Mining
The four‑year Apprenticeship Program provides hands‑on training and a nationally accredited trade certificate while supporting the maintenance and repair of heavy mobile equipment at Northparkes’ underground and surface operations. Apprentices work on engines, transmissions, hydraulics and other systems, attend TAFE, and follow safety and housekeeping standards on a 7‑days‑on/7‑days‑off roster.
