About this role
AAM’s Heavy Press Operator trainee program is a 33-month paid training combining full-time plant-floor work at the Royal Oak manufacturing facility with coursework at Macomb Community College. Tuition and class time are covered, and successful participants are placed as fully-titled Heavy Press Operators upon completion. The program targets candidates with manufacturing interest or experience and requires availability for rotating shifts.
