Help Desk Operator

The Help Desk Operator for the Trillium Line Project coordinates defect reporting and work order management across departments and subcontractors. Using radio, telephone, email and the MMPRS system, the operator inputs defect details, assesses KPM impact, and liaises with stakeholders to ensure timely rectification. The role supports Yard Control Centre activities, contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, and may progress to a YCC Controller position with additional training.
