About this role
The Help Desk Specialist is an onsite IT support role based at Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station supporting NORAD under the ITW/AA and NISSC II contracts. The position requires an active Secret security clearance and IAT Level II certification and operates on a 24×7 modified Panama shift schedule. It supports classified and unclassified mission systems and may involve up to 10% travel.
