Help Desk Technician

The Help Desk Technician provides technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining devices, and managing user accounts. The role also involves assisting with network and server maintenance, documenting procedures, and generating reports as needed. This position requires strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently while supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure.
