The Helper assists the coaching staff in developing student athletes' skills, discipline, and sportsmanship during the Winter 2026 season at West Middle School. This paid position requires a commitment of 2-3 days per week and involves supporting the Head Coach and Athletic Director in various administrative, athletic, and safety responsibilities. The role focuses on fostering a positive environment and ensuring compliance with school and athletic association guidelines.
