The Behavioral Health Direct Support Professional supports individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities and mental health or substance use challenges by providing in-home and community-based assistance. The role implements individualized services aligned with each person’s goals, fosters independence and community inclusion, and works under supervision to create a safe, respectful, and empowering environment. This position is focused on improving daily living, social engagement, and personal outcomes for the people served.
