HR Manager responsible for all personnel matters at Metsä Board’s Simpele and Joutsenon factories, supporting local HR processes in close cooperation with factory management and the Group HR team. The role is part of the factories' leadership teams and reports to the Head of HR at Metsä Board. The position supports implementation of HR programs and local HR strategy within Metsä Group.
