HEOR Science Liaison

The Field-Based Health Economics & Outcomes Research (HEOR) Science Liaison serves as a scientific bridge between Compass Pathways and external healthcare decision makers, including MCOs, PBMs, and HTA bodies. This role delivers credible scientific exchange on clinical evidence, real-world evidence, pharmacoeconomics, and health outcomes to support formulary and reimbursement decisions across the full product lifecycle. The position is remote within the United States and involves cultivating peer-to-peer relationships with payer thought leaders to demonstrate the value of innovative mental health therapies.
