The High Availability & Disaster Recovery Intern supports the Enterprise High Availability and Disaster Recovery Program by assisting with recovery planning, documentation, testing, reporting, and continuous improvement activities. This role provides hands-on experience with enterprise resiliency processes, business continuity coordination, disaster recovery testing, ServiceNow administration, CMDB data management, and operational readiness initiatives. The intern works closely with infrastructure teams, application owners, business partners, and DR program leadership to help maintain recovery documentation, validate recovery procedures, track action items, and support recovery exercises.
