High End Residential Estimator

This role involves taking ownership of construction estimating activities for luxury custom residential projects valued at $10M or more, translating technical requirements into detailed cost projections. The position requires performing material quantity takeoffs, calculating project costs, and estimating logistics for remote or island-based construction. The ideal candidate will work directly with the owner to refine estimating methodologies and ensure accurate, complete cost assessments in a fully remote environment.
