The High-Line
The High Line Fellows: Emerging Leaders Program is a three-year, paid youth development opportunity for high school sophomores through seniors. Participants earn $18/hour while exploring four career pathways: Arts & Culture, Civic Engagement, Horticulture, and Park & Visitor Experience. The program combines afterschool workshops, summer residencies, and mentorship to build leadership, life skills, and college/career readiness.
