High School Aide-Behavior

The High School Aide-Behavior supports students with disabilities in a self-contained classroom by assisting with instructional programs, behavior management, and physical care needs. This role involves helping the certified teacher prepare materials, maintain classroom order, and manage student behavior, including intervening in crisis situations. The position requires working under the supervision of the campus principal and immediate direction of the teacher to meet the individual needs of students.
