High School Dean

The High School Dean provides leadership and builds systems to support staff, schools, and the district in increasing instructional capacity and ensuring all students meet or exceed growth expectations. The role assists the principal team in creating a culturally competent, inclusive learning environment, handling student discipline, attendance, and behavioral issues, and coordinating professional development and safety initiatives.
