High School Head Coach

The high school head coach provides leadership in the ongoing development and improvement of student athletes by coordinating, planning, and implementing programs within the framework of the Arizona Interscholastic Association. The role focuses on helping students achieve high skill levels, appreciate sportsmanship, and build self-esteem while maintaining a safe and disciplined environment. Coaches are responsible for enforcing rules, managing equipment, and fostering scholastic achievement and conduct among all athletes.
