High School Mentor

Summer Search Seattle is seeking a High School Mentor to manage a caseload of approximately 36 high school students, building long-term relationships and providing regular mentoring through a combination of groups and individual conversations from sophomore year through senior year. The role involves facilitating group sessions, engaging with school and community partners, and supporting students' academic and post-secondary readiness. Mentors will also manage data, participate in professional development, and attend regional events to support the organization's mission of social and racial equity.
