High School Mentor

Summer Search is seeking a High School Mentor to manage a caseload of approximately 40 high school students, building long-term relationships and providing regular mentoring through a combination of groups and individual conversations from sophomore year through junior year of high school. The role involves facilitating group sessions, engaging with school and community partners, and supporting students' academic and post-secondary readiness. This position requires a commitment to social and racial equity, as well as the ability to foster a safe and inclusive environment for students.
