High School Success Coach (PRN)

The High School Success Coach provides mentoring, academic planning, and support services to students repeating the ninth grade to help them get back on grade level and on track for graduation. This 20-hour per week role involves developing personalized action plans, fostering a positive mindset, and collaborating with parents, teachers, and administrators to maximize student engagement and success. The position requires strong communication skills and a passion for helping students overcome academic and social challenges.
