High-Speed SerDes & Mixed-Signal Validation Engineer

The High-Speed SerDes & Mixed-Signal Validation Engineer designs and builds electrical and optical test platforms, benches, and measurement methods to validate next-generation high-speed and optical interconnect products. This role involves leading hardware bring-up, prototype processes, and complex lab testing while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams across analog, DSP, digital, and firmware domains. The position requires independent ownership of test platforms, development of new measurement techniques, and automation of data flows to support validation and characterization efforts.
