Intersect Power is seeking a High Voltage Operations & Maintenance Leader to spearhead technical governance and operational execution for its utility-scale power infrastructure fleet. The role involves leading specialized teams, ensuring safety compliance, and managing complex maintenance activities to maintain grid reliability. This senior position requires overseeing substations, transmission lines, and relay protection systems while partnering with engineering and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a fleet-wide team of high-voltage technicians and specialists
Direct execution of complex HV maintenance activities including breaker timing and transformer inspections
Coordinate workforce mobilization for planned outages and emergency recovery events
Partner with Reliability organization to support HV maintenance strategies and resource planning
Review and validate arc flash studies in accordance with IEEE 1584 and NFPA 70E standards
