HIM Clerk

The HIM Clerk is an independent worker responsible for scanning complete paper medical records into the computerized system accurately and timely. This full-time, benefited position also involves answering phones, acting as a backup to Admissions and Dismissals, and participating in performance improvement activities. The role requires maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
