About this role
The HIM Medical Records/Chart Completion Analyst supports hospital health information management operations by ensuring medical records are complete, accurate, and compliant for continuity of care. The role focuses on managing documentation workflows within the EHR, supporting provider chart completion, and handling record-related requests and vital record documentation. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position based onsite at the CMH hospital.
