HIM Supervisor

The HIM Supervisor coordinates and monitors the daily activities of Health Information Management personnel, ensuring compliance with internal policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements including HIPAA. This role acts as a liaison between department staff, clinical personnel, and data technicians while assisting the department director with budget planning, staff recruitment, and policy enforcement. The position is responsible for maintaining data workflow metrics and driving adherence to performance standards within the Health Information Management department.
