HIM Technician

The HIM Technician is a key member of the Health Information Management team responsible for document imaging, retrieval, processing hospital death records, and managing the release of information in compliance with patient confidentiality guidelines. The role involves preparing and scanning documents with correct patient identifiers and performing quality control to ensure accurate posting to patient visits. This position requires working both independently and as part of a team while adhering to established safety practices and Amberwell procedures.
