Histotechnician

The Histotechnician prepares specimens for microscopic evaluation by a Pathologist using microtomy, special staining, and other techniques. This role involves processing, cutting, and embedding tissue and body fluid samples, as well as performing routine and special staining procedures. The position requires knowledge of immunohistochemical staining and the maintenance of histology equipment and departmental records.
